Abounding gratitude and many thanks go out to the island producers who’ve had a hand in filling the baskets and bins in the produce section with local delights! Many Cortesian farms and gardens contributed to the store’s fresh selections, which, in addition to supporting the co-op, has helped in spreading out our true local wealth, the sharing of the growing season’s harvest.
Sending special applause to our main supporters, Big Fir Farm
have been reliably sending us truckloads of quality goodies twice a week since early spring. With easeful regularity they have stocked up the displays and walk-in cooler shelves, where sometimes in the bustle it seems like the food has magically materialized! Much appreciation to all of the local food plot tenders for the skills being practiced and abundance shared.
