Keeping pace with our members’ ever-growing love of pastries, the bakery is pleased to announce the arrival our our newest sidekick: the dough sheeter. A dough sheeter, or laminoire, functions as a mechanized rolling pin that allows us to produce many more pastries and far fewer aching backs. We wouldn’t dare change our croissant recipe, but promise a host of new sweet and savoury delicacies in the coming weeks. Croissants and palmiers and tarts, oh my!
