Come and learn to make your own beautifully layered croissants and puff pastry!
Saturday, December 14th, 12:00 – 3:00 in the Co-op Bakery
We will make each dough by hand: mixing, pounding butter, rolling and turning (and rolling and turning), and shaping pastries. Each participant can expect to bring home a dozen (unbaked) croissants of their own creation, and a sheet or two of puff pastry.
