We received the specialized freezer and refrigerator, and they work flawlessly. We also received the oven – a behemoth with a proofer and two ovens – and it barely fit through the door. Thanks to Aaron, Carly, Charles, Elke, Greg, Sheena, and Stephen for the help.
Soon we’ll have the oven hooked up (it takes propane, electricity, and water!) and running. After that, we’ll get final approval from the Vancouver Island Health Authority and move all of the equipment from upstairs to the new space downstairs. Then we’re up and running in April!
