Nuts To You, a Canadian-owned company, is providing a gift basket for a draw at the Co-op! Submit your name to win a beautiful basket handmade in Ghana by a community-based women’s group – and it has some great nut butters in it too! Put your name in the box (only one entry per membership, please) and the draw will take place on Wednesday, November 27th.
This month, we have the Nuts To You tahini on sale. Their sesame seeds are grown in Nicaragua and fair trade, providing 3,000 farmers and their families with a more sustainable livelihood and protecting their environment. Their crops are certified organic and Non-GMO. Pick up a recipe card for lemon tahini dressing in the store too! Nuts To You is currently sponsoring community events throughout Canada, and we appreciate their support of our Co-op!
