It’s only March, but roses are already blooming at the Cortes Co-op Cafe in the Rose Mocha. Bittersweet house-made chocolate syrup infused with organic rose petals and rose water is blended with locally-roasted espresso and your choice of milk. Topped with whipped cream, if desired, and a sprinkle of rose petal sugar, the rose mocha will remind you that the season of blossoms is not far off! It is also available without espresso. Choose from standard whole milk, or organic whole milk, soy, almond or cashew milk.
