Are you passionate about serving locally grown, organic, and healthy food to our community? So are we! The Cortes Natural Food Co-op Cafe is looking for a Cook and a Barista/Barista Supervisor. These are part-time, year-round positions.
Cooks: Our cooks are responsible for preparing and displaying quality food products for the Co-op Store and/or Cafe; maintaining a clean, well-stocked kitchen; and providing excellent customer service to customers, co-workers, and vendors. We are looking for applicants who can work independently and efficiently.
Barista: Our baristas are responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers, coworkers, and vendors; serving a consistent and quality product; maintaining a clean cafe; and processing sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently. We are looking for applicants who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who can work well with a team.
Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right people. Your compensation includes competitive pay, a 10% discount on store & cafe purchases, tips, and working with a committed team at the social hub of the island.
