Our Dream Cuisine season is kicking off with Chef Carly Mersereau’s French Bistro.

Thursday, January 24th with seatings at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. $33 – Adult / $20 – Child. Reservations should be made by Wednesday, January 23rd.

APPETIZER / savoury cheddar gougères and homemade lacto-fermented pickles

MAIN / lamb and local beef tourtière, spiced butternut squash purée, fiery apple and prune preserves, salad of fresh seasonal greens

DESSERT / millefeuille with fermented honey mousseline and tart plum coulis
