In our newsletter last month, we let you know about our plan to transform the Cafe into a Deli. We had expected that change to take place in October but, as usual, it is taking longer than we planned. We have a lot of work to do in order to prepare the new foods, the new layout for the cafe, and the new equipment we’ll need. Our updated plan calls for a reopening in January after the holidays. With this extra time, we decided that we could ask you some questions about what you would like to see in our new model. As a reminder, we intend to move all of our baked goods and breads into the new Deli and continue to offer everything we have now. For Cafe food and drinks, we will continue to offer espresso, sandwiches, wraps, soup, and pizza. So here’s your chance to let us know what you think.
