How long have you been working at the Co-op?
Since September, I came from Refuge Cove where I was working last summer.
What are your roles at the co-op?
I work at the bakery, bread baking shifts, and the cafe kitchen, kitchen prep.
What do you like most about working at the Co-op?
I love how friendly, positive and peaceful the space is, zero toxicity, and packed with great warm staff members!
What are your other interests or hobbies or work?
You can either find my in a forest or at the beach with my borrowed dog, or at home listening to music, doing yoga or reading books. I also can be spotted at Squirrel Cove store at the till getting to know the locals around that side of the island!
What’s your favourite product at the Co-op?
Obviously the heavenly cinnamon buns (ah) and I wouldn’t be a good baker if I didn’t love the red fife sourdough!
