Start / Nem Nướng / Grilled pork skewers served in lettuce wraps with Đồ Chua-pickled carrots and radish with traditional Nước Mầm dipping sauce.
Main /Hu Tiếu Bò Kho / An aromatic, hearty stew with slow-cooked Linnaea Farm beef and hints of lemongrass and anise. Served with rice Hu Tiếu noodles.
Dessert / Coconut ice cream topped with pandan flavoured raindrops and nutty mung beans.
