Mulligatawny is a thick curry soup, rich with lentils and finished with tart apples.
Place soup mix in a stockpot with 10 1/2 cups hot water and 25 mL peanut butter. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20- 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
