The Dream Cuisine dinner series is back!  The first dinner is Thursday, January 25, and hosted by the Co-op Board of Directors as a fund-raiser for courtyard improvements.

The meal will include an appetizer, main course, and dessert for $33 plus tax (gratuities not included), and you can expect a fine pairing of wine and/or beer tailored to the menu.  Look for the menu to be published in the first week of January!

More dinners will follow every 3 weeks on Thursdays until the end of May!  Expect the finest meals from some of Cortes’ finest chefs, including Amy Bockner, Valerie Wernet, Carly Mersereau, Lucy Robinson, Yifan Li, and Xuan Ly-Betz!
